Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Dingo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Dingo on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign in credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use policy. You may not attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.
Client data
You are responsible for having the right to enter the client information you put into the platform. We handle that information according to our Privacy Policy and any business associate agreement in place.
Changes to the service
We may update the platform over time. When a change materially affects these terms, we will make the updated terms available here.
