Why we built Dingo
Disability income protection is some of the most important coverage an agent can place, and the tools for selling it had not kept up. We set out to fix that.
Agents who write disability coverage were stitching the work together by hand. A quote lived in one tool, an illustration in a PDF, the application in a paper packet, and the client status was whatever the agent could remember. Cases stalled in the gaps between those steps.
Dingo puts the whole case in one workspace. You run discovery, compare carriers, and send an application the client signs online, then hand it to your BGA complete and ready to submit, without switching tools. The point is simple. Less time on the paperwork means more time helping people protect their income.

Client data is handled with intent
Disability cases carry health information. We treat that as a first order concern, not a checkbox at the end.
HIPAA eligible by design
Dingo runs on HIPAA eligible AWS services under a signed business associate agreement. Client health information only touches services that agreement covers.
Encrypted where it counts
The database is encrypted at rest with a customer managed key, and every connection to it uses TLS.
Access that is checked, not assumed
Every read of protected data is authorized on the server, and sensitive information is kept out of logs and analytics on purpose.
